1. How much is postage and packaging?

2. When will I receive my order?

Your items will be dispatched within ten working days of your order (usually sooner). They'll be sent First Class by Royal Mail, with orders over £10 being sent by Recorded Delivery.

3. How do I pay for my items?

The easiest way is to pay online. Online payments are processed externally through Paypal, meaning you can pay quickly and securely by credit or debit card, or using your Paypal account if you have one. Please note you don't need a Paypal account though!

We will also accept payment by cheque or postal order. If you wish to pay in this way please email sales@tinkersinfinity.com with your order, and we will let you know where to send your cheque. Items will be dispatched once the funds have cleared.

4. Can I return an item?

If for any reason you're not happy with your purchase then it may be returned within 28 days. Please email returns@tinkersinfinity.com telling us what you want to return and why, and we'll let you know what to do next. Please note that the customer will be responsible for return postage costs.

Sorry but we can't accept returns of earrings.
